Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 13, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Crosspostbot (“Crosspostbot”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our video cross-posting service available through Telegram and the website at crosspostbot.uz (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who we are
Crosspostbot is a tool that lets creators publish a single video to multiple platforms — YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok — at the same time, and helps manage scheduling, comments, and analytics. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at alijunaydullayev2004@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide the Service:
- Account connection data. When you connect a YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok account, we receive authorization (access and refresh tokens) through each platform’s official OAuth process. We never see or store your platform passwords.
- Basic profile information. With your permission, we read basic account details such as your account or channel name and username, so we can show you which account is connected.
- Content you submit. The videos, captions, titles, thumbnails, and scheduling details you send us so we can publish them on your behalf.
- Telegram identifiers. Your Telegram user ID and username, used to associate your requests with your account.
- Usage and log data. Technical information such as timestamps, actions taken, and error logs, used to operate and troubleshoot the Service.
3. How we use your information
- To publish and cross-post your content to the platforms you connect.
- To schedule posts and publish them at the time you choose.
- To display your connected account name and connection status.
- To provide comment management and analytics features you request.
- To maintain, secure, debug, and improve the Service.
- To comply with legal obligations and the requirements of the platforms we integrate with.
We do not use your content or data for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.
4. Third-party platforms and API services
The Service integrates with the official APIs of the platforms you choose to connect. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies:
- YouTube / Google. Crosspostbot uses YouTube API Services. By using this feature you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and your data is handled in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy.
- Instagram / Meta. We use the Instagram Graph API. See the Instagram Privacy Policy.
- TikTok. We use the official TikTok API. See the TikTok Privacy Policy.
- Telegram. The Service is delivered through a Telegram bot, governed by the Telegram Privacy Policy.
5. Google / YouTube API Services — Limited Use
Crosspostbot’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use Google user data to provide and improve the features you request, we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law, and we do not use it for advertising or sell it.
6. How we share information
We only share your information as follows:
- With the platforms you connect (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok), to publish the content you ask us to post.
- With infrastructure providers that host and run the Service, under confidentiality obligations.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
We never sell or rent your personal data or your content.
7. Data storage and security
Access tokens and account data are stored on secured servers and are used only to operate the Service. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and limit access to it.
8. Data retention
We retain your connection tokens and account data only for as long as your account is connected and you use the Service. Uploaded media is retained only as long as needed to complete publishing. When you disconnect an account or request deletion, we remove the associated tokens and personal data, except where we must retain limited records to comply with legal obligations.
9. Your choices: revoking access and deleting your data
You are in control of your connected accounts and data at any time:
- YouTube / Google: revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Instagram: remove Crosspostbot under Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations).
- TikTok: remove access under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions.
- Delete your data with us: email alijunaydullayev2004@gmail.com and we will delete your stored tokens and personal data.
10. Children’s privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International users
The Service may be operated from, and your information processed in, countries other than the one in which you reside. By using the Service, you consent to such processing in accordance with this policy.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
13. Contact us
If you have questions or requests regarding this policy or your data, contact us at alijunaydullayev2004@gmail.com.
