1. Description of the Service

Crosspostbot lets you publish a single video to multiple platforms — YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok — at the same time, and provides related features such as scheduling, comment management, and analytics. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued over time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) and able to enter into a binding agreement. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

3. Your accounts and responsibilities

• You must own or be authorized to manage each social media account you connect.
• You are responsible for the content you upload and publish through the Service, including its legality and rights clearance.
• You must keep your access to the Service secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harmful, hateful, or that violates the rights of others.
• Upload spam, malware, or content that violates the rules of any connected platform.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to violate the terms, policies, or API rules of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or Telegram.

5. Third-party platforms

The Service relies on third-party platforms and their APIs. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, and the terms of Instagram/Meta and TikTok. We are not responsible for the availability, decisions, or actions of those platforms, including changes to their APIs or the suspension of your accounts by them.

6. Content ownership and license

You retain all rights to the content you submit. You grant Crosspostbot a limited license to process, format, and transmit that content solely to perform the cross-posting and related features you request. We claim no ownership of your content.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Crosspostbot and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that posting will always succeed, as this depends on third-party platforms.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crosspostbot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crosspostbot from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that harms others or the platforms we integrate with.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
