Crosspostbot Data Deletion Instructions

According to Facebook and Instagram's Platform rules, we have provided instructions on how you can request the deletion of your user data. Crosspostbot gives you full control over your data directly within the Telegram bot.

How to Delete Your Data

To delete your account data and all saved OAuth tokens, follow these simple steps:

1. Open Telegram and go to your chat with Crosspostbot.
2. Send the /delete command to the bot.
3. Confirm your action if prompted.

Upon using this command, Crosspostbot will permanently delete your account information and revoke/delete all stored platform OAuth tokens associated with your account from our database.

Alternative Deletion Method

You may also remove Crosspostbot's access to your Instagram or Facebook account directly through your Facebook settings:

1. Go to your Facebook account’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
2. Navigate to Apps and Websites.
3. Find Crosspostbot in the list of active apps and click Remove.

This will instantly revoke our access to your Meta accounts.
